Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jordan and his team provided clear advance notice of their ETA and remained responsive and available for any questions or concerns I had. Their communication was timely, professional, and reassuring from beginning to end.

The service itself reflected a truly high level of craftsmanship and pride. The attention to detail was exceptional. Every crevice of my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned, with nothing overlooked. What really set them apart was the post-service experience. Upon completion, Jordan personally called to have me inspect the vehicle and ensure the results not only met but exceeded my expectations. The final product looked as if the vehicle had just rolled off a dealership lot. They even addressed headliner stains caused by grime and grease that another detailing company had previously left and still tfailed to remove—handled seamlessly and without hesitation.

Going forward, any time my vehicles need detailing, Joji’s Mobile Detailing will be my first call. Sergio did an awesome job today—he took on a real challenge and delivered. I purchased the Single Stage Paint Correction from Joji’s Mobile Detailing for both cars: my 2004 LS430 and my father’s 2010 ES350.

My car, despite being 22 years old, was brought back to life and now shows off its aggressive, V8 “mini-yacht on wheels” lol. My father’s ES350 had noticeable swirls on the hood, and they were removed as if they were never there.

Shoutout to the whole team! Jordan was a great communicator throughout the process. I initially booked a Saturday session online, but he quickly reached out to let me know services weren’t available that day and helped me reschedule to the next available slot without any hassle.

To be honest, they did a better job than I was expecting. My car is not fancy nor a new model but they made it look awesome! I don’t normally shampoo or clean my interior as I should but I recently had an incident and had to get it professionally cleaned. Joji came out and knocked it out. They found and cleaned things I didn’t know were dirty. My shifter knob, steering wheel and hand brake had layers of baked dirt from the years and they brought it back to new looking condition. They cleaned carpet and all mats came out new looking too. They even got everything in my cargo area and my panoramic moonroof looks great. They hand washed it and sprayed a nice wax on paint so it was feeling real smooth. Super chill and honest guys. Would recommend them to anyone. Arrived on time and kept me in the loop before, during and after. Pictures don’t do it justice.
