Our Services

Joji’s Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related add-on services at a customer-provided location (typically a home, office, or job site) throughout San Diego County. Services, pricing, and availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments can be requested by phone, text, email, or through our website's quote form. A submitted quote request is not a confirmed appointment until we've followed up to confirm the date, time, and scope of work.

We ask that you provide accurate information about your vehicle and the service location so we can prepare accordingly. Access to a parking spot with reasonable working room, and (where applicable) permission to use the property, is the customer's responsibility.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Joji’s Mobile Detailing, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and — with separate consent — promotional offers. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS program. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or communicated at booking. Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the vehicle's actual condition (excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, etc.) requires additional time or products.

Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. While we treat every vehicle with care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. If we identify pre-existing damage (paint chips, scratches, dents, interior wear, etc.), we may document it before beginning work.

Ceramic coating and paint correction results depend on the underlying condition of your vehicle's paint; we'll communicate realistic expectations before beginning these services.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. We stand behind our work and want every customer to be happy with the result.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid toward any Joji’s Mobile Detailing service and do not expire unless otherwise required by law. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Joji’s Mobile Detailing and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Joji’s Mobile Detailing's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
