SMS Opt-In Details and Mobile Communications

- Texting a keyword (such as “JOIN” or “DETAIL”) to our designated number.
By opting in, you consent to receive messages including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers about our detailing services. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month, but can be more or less depending on your bookings and our campaigns). Standard message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out at any time, simply reply STOP to any message we send. We will process your request within 24 hours and send a confirmation. For help, reply HELP. You can also contact us directly to manage your preferences.
Our SMS program uses a 10DLC number registered through GoHighLevel for compliance.
Cookies & Tracking Practices
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as GoHighLevel for SMS/email tools, our website host, or analytics providers) who are contractually required to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Mobile information sharing statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services (such as GoHighLevel and SMS carriers). All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
